1. Processing Time

  1. All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and US local holidays).
  2. Pre-sale products will be marked with the expected delivery date on the product page. The processing period will be extended according to the pre-sale description.
  3. During big promotion seasons (Black Friday, Christmas), the processing time may be extended by 2–4 working days due to order surges.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Range

  1. We only support delivery to the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. We do not provide shipping services to PO boxes, military addresses and overseas territories.
  2. Standard shipping: Delivery time is 10–20 business days after the package leaves our warehouse.
  3. Expedited shipping (optional checkout): Delivery time is 5–10 business days after shipment.
  4. Logistics delays caused by customs inspection, bad weather, local logistics strikes and other force majeure factors are beyond our control. We will assist you to track the package, but we cannot provide compensation for delay.

3. Shipping Cost Standard

  1. Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $99 enjoy free standard shipping to the US.
  2. Orders under $99: Fixed standard shipping fee of $9.99.
  3. Expedited shipping: Extra expedited fee will be calculated automatically on the checkout page according to the product weight.
  4. Original shipping fees paid by buyers will not be refunded for personal returns.

4. Package Tracking & Lost Package

  1. After the goods are shipped, we will send the logistics tracking number to your reserved email within 24 hours. You can track the logistics status through the tracking link.
  2. If the package shows lost in the logistics system, please contact our customer service within 15 days after the shipment date. We will verify the logistics information and provide two solutions for you: full refund or free reshipment of goods.
  3. Claims for lost packages submitted more than 30 days after shipment will not be accepted.

5. Customs & Sales Tax

  1. All products shipped to the United States comply with US import commodity standards.
  2. Local sales tax will be automatically calculated and collected on the checkout page according to the buyer’s delivery address, which is required by US tax regulations.
